SUMMARY
A Project Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks related to procurement, event management, stakeholder coordination and planning. The job includes creating purchase requests, coordinating with vendors and teams, preparing and coordinating for workshops and events, organizing webinars and conferences, and working with cross-functional teams to execute tasks related to events and workshops. Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent coordination are necessary for maintaining strong relationships in these tasks.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling procurements for the Solutions teams.
- Coordination for Agreements and Contracts, issuing RFAs, researching vendor options, and serving as a liaison between vendors and the team.
- Organize events/ meetings/ workshops, coordinating with speakers, coordinating events and workshops, and organizing various types of events for partners and donors.
- Working with cross-functional teams is important to drive the delivery of events and workshops, fulfilling logistical requirements, assisting with travel arrangements including support in areas of scheduling, prioritization, coordination, and execution.
REQUIREMENT
- Strong organizational skills, must be able to multitask and be efficient in time-sensitive situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills are required to work with internal teams, stakeholders, partners, etc.
- Previous knowledge or willingness to learn tech coordination for live streaming events, setting up audio and video.
- Candidates should have a Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
