SUMMARY
We, in collaboration with Jhpiego, is deploying AI-powered healthcare solutions, including the "Cough Against TB" Application and "Prediction of Adverse TB Outcomes" solution, across selected states and districts. The District Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the implementation of these solutions, ensuring their effective adoption and impact in the field.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The District Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the deployment and training of AI-based healthcare solutions, including "Cough Against TB" and "Prediction of Adverse TB Outcomes," across selected states and districts.This involves assisting Community Health Officers (CHOs) at Health and Wellness Centres in implementing these solutions through hands-on training sessions, capacity building, and frequent field visits to provide ongoing technical support. The coordinator will troubleshoot application-related issues, escalate unresolved problems to technical teams, and work closely with Jhpiego and LEHS teams to address operational challenges effectively. They will also engage with local health teams to foster acceptance and adoption of the solutions, coordinate timely referral and testing of TB presumptive cases, and follow up with enrolled individuals to ensure continuity of care. Additionally, the coordinator will participate in monthly review meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and insights into program activities. The role includes monitoring solution usage to ensure alignment with operational plans and preparing comprehensive reports that highlight challenges, successes, and recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Social work or any other relevant discipline.

2-5 years of experience in public health programs, preferably involving community-based digital health solutions or AI tools.

Ability to travel as per requirements of the project.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with and work with a team.

Data collection and reporting skills.

Sound knowledge of English as well as local language.
