SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Documentation Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. The intern will focus solely on organizing, updating, and compiling HR documents in alignment with established checklists and protocols. This role is crucial for ensuring audit readiness and maintaining compliance across all HR processes.

Wadhwani AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health, agriculture, education, and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. We collaborate with governments, social sector organizations, academic and research institutions, and domain experts to identify real-world problems, and develop practical AI solutions to tackle these issues with the aim of making a substantial positive impact.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Organize and maintain HR records, including employee files and contracts, systematically.
2. Update and compile documents as per established checklists and compliance requirements.
3. Collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.
4. Prepare HR documentation for audits and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HR management systems.
4. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
