SUMMARY
The Immunization Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with district and block teams to enhance capacity building, supervision, and review of the immunization project across selected urban and rural geographies. The role involves microplanning field visits, ensuring effective communication for field staff, and providing handholding support to improve program implementation. Key responsibilities include developing and tracking monthly and quarterly work plans, conducting field visits to identify challenges, offering technical assistance to field teams, and ensuring adherence to quality performance indicators. The coordinator will facilitate data analysis for evidence-based decision-making, collaborate with development partners, and document best practices to improve health coverage and outcomes. Additionally, the role includes supporting proposal writing, preparing analytical reports, and scaling up successful models in coordination with state and national teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The key deliverables will include (but not limited to) the following:

Co-ordination with district and block teams for capacity building and review of immunization project
-
Ensuring microplanning of field visits and communication for the field staff in immunization project.

Ensure supervision and monitoring of Immunization Project in selected geographies for both urban and rural areas with handholding support and guidance to the field team
-
Development of monthly/ quarterly work plan and deliverables and ensure regular follow ups
-
Undertake regular field visits to the project geographies , identify challenges and support team and department to overcome these challenges.

Technical assistance to the field team for implementation of activities including establishing performance targets adhering to monitoring plans, and responsible for ensuring quality of programmes as per the defined indicators.

Supervise the data collection for Potential zero dose/zero dose children/Hesitant-Resistant families/Missed communities etc and ensure required action . Facilitate data analysis with focus on evidence generation in the area supervised for programmatic decision making and devise strategies for desired impact and support in data quality improvement.

Coordinate with other development partners to seek and share information and enhance synergies.

Identify and document behaviors and improving health coverage rates through early intervention leading to better health outcomes.

Support in preparation of analytical monthly /quarterly reports as per program requirement and documentation of best practices .

Support in proposal writing .

Facilitate scaling up of the models, bringing evidence based visibility to organization in close co-ordination with the state/national team .

Work in tandem with LEHS team at state/national level for comprehensive service delivery , improving health services coverage and health behaviour practices

Any other reasonable duty assigned by the supervisor that is consistent with the nature of the job and the level of responsibility.
